Today is your lucky day. The Medea Sin Doctor truly made me look much better than I really am. I'm so amazed at this artist's talent. Now, is he really operating on people or is he just drawing them over there in ER? Thank you Scott for allowing me to be a part of your creativity, a part of your gallery, a part of your talent and for giving folks a semi-visual of me. Go read his entry and thank him for this portrait while you're at it. Because this is as close to a picture of me as you're going to get. I can't get over the detail on that dress. Hm, maybe I should have one done in Hong Kong or something. And that blade....heeeyy, gotta get me one like that too! I'm wondering if they are going to make Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon 2? ...
My poor dog hasn't gotten any fun outside of the house since I've been gone so I took her to the park over the weekend to play. It was more I got to play since I had her pose in these ridiculous props. Plus I need that jolt of sunshine since I'm going through Hawaii withdrawals right now. Ugh. Doesn't the one below look like the swing is K's underwear? K obviously still thinks it's winter here in LA. Today was only 85 degrees. :P
I came home from my trip to find one of those telemercial products on my counter. K got this while I was gone and thought I would enjoy it. He obviously got it for himself to play with. It's the Food Saver Vacuum Thing-a-ma-jig. You've probably seen it before on TV but it's the contraption where it sucks out all the air from the foods so you can keep it longer without it getting freezer burns, going stale, nesting insects, spoiling, molding etc.
Here we are vacuuming my bag of li hing mui arare crackers from Hawaii. Because god knows when I'm going to get another bag of this stuff, so I better keep it fresh.
Post compression. And they better stay fresh. ... Saw Fish Pimp yesterday. I somehow managed to convince her to come to my 'hood once again so we can hang out (this is how I keep the mileage on my car so low - heh). I miss hanging out with her since we live so freakin far away. Plus, we both seem to be so busy with our lives. It's lucky if we even get to chat on the phone once a week. And to think, I may not have too many of these free Mondays left on my calendar either. Boo. I took her to Santa Anita Mall because she's never been there before. There's actually nothing good about that mall because it's full of no good stores but I was getting tired of the other malls and I didn't want to drive to AGM (Asian Girl Mecca aka South Coast Plaza) and deal with the horrible traffic home. So what do we do when we wreak havoc on malls? We basically spend the longest amount of time in the skin care, makeup section. We stood a good 5-8 minutes testing out one hand lotion today. Can you believe that? We don't have a fuckin life do we? Then we tried to find a blush that matches one of the blush compacts her mom gave her to buy. No luck there either. Aiyah, what can I say, it's a piece of shit mall. ... Stephanie's got a new URL and design. Sweet. Be sure you check it out and update your links. I'm out. |
