i actually forgot that valentine's day is here. well, it's not that i forgot because i was writing about it 2-3 weeks ago but since i haven't really gone to the mall or any place that exploited the commercialism of valentine's day in recent days, it kinda slipped my mind until now. well until i saw the guys standing on the corner selling dilapidated roses and mutated stuffed animals that is.
you know, i could really write some decent legitimate valentine's day stuff but who wants to read sappy gooey oozing with sweetness type of greeting when you can get the bitterly angry and realistic type of greeting that people can relate to better?
maybe one day i will really post the serious from the heart type of greetings that i've written. so few are those who have received those types of greetings from me. afterall, chaining together words to create the perfect sentiment takes so many extra brain cells.
i wonder if my words have indeed ever melted hearts?
