...is hard to find.
as i previously mentioned, i'm in the market for an assistant. not really an administrative assistant but an assistant to help me with my job and taking on some of the responsibilities that i currently do so that i can do other projects. it's become a bear to handle and part of the reason (i believe) that i'm not feeling well in recently years. too much work and stress for one person to handle.
shortly before my surgery, we started our search for a candidate and after a small influx of resumes, there were only a few worth interviewing. since i'm not in the office, i've been interviewing by phone this week. the candidate goes into the office, meets with HR and another person while they conference me in. so far, only one person seems like someone i'd like to meet in person for a second interview.
are any of you looking for a job and interested in working with a crazy chick like me? if so, email me your resume so i can take a look. i'm really looking for someone who has GREAT communication skills, interpersonal skills and analytical skills geared towards problem solving.
because i don't get out much anymore, you will have to be content with photos from the yard. there's actually quite a bit to take pictures of so i'll have to head into the heart of darkness again in the next couple of days. that is, if i don't melt.
