christmas eve
december 24, 2007

hard to believe christmas is here. since 3 entries ago, i dragged myself to target twice and finally got online to order a few things but overall this year has been very very non-christmasy. i actually spent more money on presents to give to those who extend their services and help to me throughout the year: UPS guy Joe, USPS guy, snowbie's groomers, doctors, lady at mcdonald's drive thru, and various other folks. it certainly hasn't been a year of gift exchanging among friends though and i'm perfectly ok with that. in short, i've been really tied up with several open projects and ever changing drama in my life. besides, too much commercialism during this time when we should really reflect and be thankful for those in our lives.

as of today i'm still working on my personal christmas cards so if you haven't gotten yours (and i know you in real life), it's probably coming soon. and the aiyah ones will probably be new year's cards.

thanks to those of you who sent me some very lovely christmas cards to my po box! i collected them today and gleefully opened each one with much joy. it's so nice to see some of your faces and kind words. i will get back to each one of you as i get outta my slump.

i'm also knitting again so look for some FSM (free scarf movement) again and maybe you, yes you, can be a lucky winner too. just let me get through the holidays.

currently listening to: jacky cheung, goodbye kiss

i'm out.
