christmas day

hope you all had a nice christmas. we spent it with my brother and family visiting us. it was a balmy 75 degrees here in LA and we couldn't have asked for a nicer day. seriously. we went to have christmas pho for lunch and then christmas soon dubu for dinner. i love the unconventiality of it. but food is food and this year just isn't the time to spend slaving over the stove while everything feels like a mess especially since domo isn't done and my house is in shambles.
as anticipated, it was a very mellow christmas with not much gift giving but i did get a very kick ass present from my bro + sil! it's the....SCOOBA! since our DOMO is covered with all tiles on the first floor, i would so need to mop all the time and the SCOOBA will now be my new best friend. i've always wanted a ROOMBA but since i will have almost zero carpeting in DOMO, my dyson works perfectly fine. i know people usually don't mind vaccuuming but no one really likes to mop floors and i'm one of those included as well. so this is the perfect gift for me! :D thanks to my brother + sil + girls. :D i cannot wait to use it. :D
but alas, i must have not been a naughty girl as the canon 40d wasn't under the imaginary tree as i would have thought. but it's ok, i should wait till after christmas when the price will hopefully drop.
